2015 ZONG/ Wish <CTV TV movie- The Two of Us>



After the release of “Moment of Glory II: The First Original Score”, ZONG received immediate recognition in Taiwan’s music scene. Three months later, ZONG cooperated closely with a tv-drama team. For the first time, ZONG provided music for the trailer, ending credit, and interlude songs. The original soundtrack interweaves with the plot, creating elastic dramatic effects. ZONG successfully portrayed the unspeakable emotions in the triangular relationship between “he, he, and her” in The Two of Us.




About the Songs

The Two of Us –Wish (Opening credit song in The Two of Us)
Wish starts with simple piano, then gradually building a complicated and intense emotion with string instruments; while the drum creates the dramatic effect. From excitement, oppression to melancholy, and back to warmth and memories of love, the music twists and turns the delicate notes, weaving the music into the audience’s heart.

The Two of Us –Trailer
This song continues the rhythm of the opening credit scene. This shorter version of “Wish” is used in the trailers, ranging from 15 seconds to 60 seconds. It is short, but fully expresses the intense emotions.

The Two of Us - Motive
Sweets memories and the warmth of love are shown through a solo piano. Every key notes the delicate feelings. This is a journey into the memory of feeling and pure love, which intimacy cannot be told.

The Two of Us - 80 (Ending credit song)
The theme is cut into 80 measures, and linked with a piano solo. Complemented with stage photos, the song subtly hums the melancholy of the end.
